The Bedford Police Department is presently investigating a suspicious death of a 39-year-old male which occurred on a residential property on Oak Road in Katonah, NY.
At approximately 9:40 pm on December 26, Bedford Police were contacted via a 911 call from a area resident requesting assistance for a man down. Upon arrival, patrols were met by family members who discovered the body of the deceased on the side yard of the residence. The incident is being investigated by the Bedford Police Detective Bureau. Assistance was required by the Westchester County Department of Public Safety Forensic Unit whose members assisted in processing the scene.
Anyone with information regarding suspicious persons or vehicles in the vicinity of Oak Road in the early hours on Saturday, December 26 are asked to call Bedford Police Department at 914-241-3111.
