Ghosts, goblins and witches - OH MY! Downtown Katonah was buzzing with Halloween joy today, Sunday, October 30 for the Halloween and Doggie Ragamuffin Parade.
A little rain on the costumed parade didn't put a damper on the Halloween spirit. There was cider and donuts and live music by “Abby and the Roadsters”.
