The Building and Realty Institute (BRI) recently hosted their 2nd Vendor Showcase at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in White Plains. Forty-five companies and professional firms exhibited their products and services representing a wide range of industry experts including: real estate management, developers, solar, architectural glass manufacturer, restoration and painting companies, security, roofing, insurance and legal firms, banks, energy companies, kitchen and flooring design, IT, and the NY State Builders.
“As a membership association, it is vital to offer our member firms an opportunity such as this. A trade show acts as one more way to provide a forum to market their business, to highlight their talents and skills and introduce them to a broader public,” said Margaret Collins, Director of Membership and Advertising.
The showcase featured several presentations:
● “Harvey, Irma, Maria, Juan & So On: Enormous Challenges Facing the Insurance Industry and their Policy Holders” presented by Jason Schiciano of Levitt Fuirst Associates.
● “Underground Fuel Storage Tanks - What You Can’t See Can Hurt You!” presented by Michael Carr, American Petroleum, Jeff Stillman of Stillman Management, Dave Amster of Prime Locations, Inc. and Giovanni Puerta of TRION Management.
Institute members represent the entire spectrum of the residential and commercial real estate industry, including builders, developers, remodelers, suppliers, specialty subcontractors, property managers and professional management and service firms.

The Building and Realty Institute is planning on their Third Annual Vendor Showcase in October of 2018.
