Marie uses a gentle approach to moving integrating imagery, supporting natural coordination, vitality, and expressivity and group support all toward enhanced well-being. Bring a friend or loved one with you, they are welcome to join in too. Come dance with us!
Marie invites you to move at your own comfort level and ability, as well as express feelings safely and playfully. Most importantly, this dance therapy group aims toward revitalizing ourselves while we dance together.
