Many of the most important things to take when exploring places to hike and walk in the Hudson Valley are left at home.
Join Westmoreland Sanctuary Nature Center & Wildlife Preserve as we take a casual walk on Westmoreland's summer trails, and discuss the do's and don'ts of hiking in our area at different times of year. Family hiking will be addressed, and types of equipment/gear will be on hand.
All ages are welcome to this event, which takes place on Sunday, August 17th at 1:30 PM at Westmoreland Sanctuary (260 Chestnut Ridge Road, Mount Kisco, NY 10549).
Please RSVP by Friday August 15th. The cost is $5 per person for non-members, and free for members.
