South Salem Fire Department Annual Carnival August 7th - 11th Opening night will be Tuesday, August 7th and the Carnival will run through Saturday the 11th. The Parade will take place on Wednesday evening, August 8. Check out the schedule below: Tuesday 8/07 Carnival - 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Wednesday 8/08 Carnival - 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Parade kicks off at 7:00 PM. Thursday 8/09 Carnival - 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
