Signups Underway for Spring Skating Lessons at Harvey Rink

The Harvey School announces that registration for the spring session of skating lessons at Evarts Memorial Ice Rink is now underway. 

With the spring session set to begin for all ages Saturday, March 14, those interested in signing up should register now to secure their spots in the group lesson program. Registration closes March 10. Group lessons for children of varying levels and abilities are held on Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

Classes are taught by qualified and nationally certified skating professionals. The lessons, which run through May 16, feature formal instruction for 30 minutes with practice time provided before and/or after the lesson. Skaters who have progressed to the next level will receive USFS badges the eighth week of lessons. Harvey also offers private lessons for both children and adults.

The cost for the group program is $180 with a $15 discount for any additional immediate family members. All skaters must have their own single-blade skates.
