State Police in Troop K remove eleven impaired drivers from public roadways over the 2019 President’s Day weekend
 
On February 15, 2019, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Jose M. Lopez Gonzalez, age 38, of Mount Kisco, NY, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law, a class E felony, and Endangering the welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor.  He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.  Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol with two unrestrained children, and was subsequently arrested.
 
On February 15, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested William Kelly, age 29, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWAI Drugs with a prior conviction, a class E felony.  He was traveling on Henning Drive in the town of Cortlandt, and was the subject of a welfare check for a male slumped over his steering wheel in the roadway.  Investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
 
On February 15, 2019, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Joseph T. Russo, age 23, of Wappinger, NY, for DWI.  He was traveling on Merritt Boulevard in the town of Fishkill, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.  Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
 
On February 15, 2019, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Kent W. Moore, age 57, of Marlborough, NY, for DWI.  He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Fishkill, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.  Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
 
On February 16, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Emily W. Riddell, age 22, of Glastonbury, CT, for DWI.  She was traveling on State Route 55 in the town of Lagrange, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.  Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
 
On February 16, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Garrett S. Worden, age 30, of Ossining, NY, for DWI.  He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-On-Hudson, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.  Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
 
On February 16, 2019, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Tara M. Sinclaire, age 52, of Wappinger, NY, for DWI.  She was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Stanford, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.  Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
 
On February 16, 2019, State Police from SP New Lebanon arrested Karen A. Cedar, age 61, of Nassau, NY, for DWI.  She was traveling on State Route 20 in the town of New Lebanon, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.  Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
 
On February 17, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Ivonne M. Criado Rodriguez, age 28, of Peekskill, NY, for Aggravated DWI.  She was traveling on Oregon Road in the town of Cortlandt, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.  Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
 
On February 17, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Joseph S. Schrade, age 32, of Putnam Valley, NY, for DWI.  He was traveling on Oscawana in the town of Putnam Valley, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.  Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
 
On February 18, 2019, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Logan J. Burntitus, age 33, of Hillsdale, NY, for DWI.  He was traveling on State Route 23 in the town of Hillsdale, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.  Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
