Information about the Westchester County Child Care Emergency Drop-in Center:

The program, coordinated by the Office of the County Executive in partnership with DSS and the Westchester County Youth Bureau offers child care for children ages 4-12

Children are able to participate in the online learning offered by their school while at the child care program.

Hours are 9 – 5, Monday through Friday.

We serve two meals plus one snack daily.

All staff wear masks and practice social distancing.  Everyone who comes into the facility must be masked and screened by our nurses.

Originally the program and space was for first responders and healthcare workers - NOW it is open to all essential employees such as transit workers, Postal carriers, grocery workers, delivery people, gas station attendants, construction workers – affordable housing sites, maintenance people, child care workers, group home attendants as well as home health aides

The program has been extended until Friday, June 26.
