On February 2nd, 2020, State Police members from Troop K Zone 3 Westchester conducted a Super Bowl Weekend DWI Sobriety Checkpoint on State Route 35 in the Towns of Somers and Lewisboro in an effort to crack down on impaired drivers. One intoxicated driver was removed from the roadway and arrested for DWI. He was issued tickets and scheduled to appear in the Town of Somers Court on 02/24/20.
